The first signs on spring were on the horizon as we made our way to a friend's farm in Augusta, Kentucky. Farms pepper Augusta and surrounding lands. It's a quiet little town that was settled along the Ohio River in the late 18th century. You can ferry across from the Ohio side and visit a handful of antique and sundry shops.
We teamed up with Pottinger Photography for this spring wedding shoot - all of us excited to get outside after a long winter. To create the intimate, romantic setting we used soft spring pastels with a few playful hints of magenta. The table was set with some eclectic pieces including the vintage, white candelabrum and colored wine glasses. Worn, aluminum water pails overflowed with white hydrangea and milk glass bowls were filled with bright moss.
